A Natural Path to a Healthier You
I’m often asked how I’ve managed to go nearly four decades in the workplace and count my sick days on one hand.
Is it luck? Great genes? While I am thankful for both, the truth is: my health has been a conscious, daily choice — deeply rooted in the values passed down from my parents, especially my late father, Dr. Keki R. Sidhwa, a globally respected naturopath.
From a young age, I was taught how to strengthen my immune system naturally, live in alignment with nature, and take full responsibility for my well-being. These values have shaped my life and are the foundation of how I now help others reclaim their health.
In recent years, I’ve grown increasingly concerned about how chronic illness and mental health challenges have become widespread. In the UK, workplace absenteeism is at a 10-year high*, and 1 in 4 teens aged 17–19 are now struggling with mental health issues*.
I genuinely believe that if more people had access to the knowledge and tools to understand what’s harming their health — and what can heal it — we’d live in a society that relies less on medication and more on prevention, vitality, and joy.
My greatest fulfillment comes from helping clients feel vibrant, clear-headed, and confident again — whether they're navigating stress, managing menopause, rebalancing their lifestyle, or simply wanting to feel more like themselves again.
