Sidhwa Health is based on the long-held traditions of the SIDHWA family’s Natural Hygiene Lifestyle first taught and written about by my late father, Dr Keki R Sidhwa N.D.D.O. (read more here), along with the fundamental belief that if you respect & work with Nature, you can take control of your health and reduce the likelihood of illness and disease. It’s also well established that some Lifestyle – induced diseases can be reversed.
